He is also continuing to sleep so well. The other night he went from 11 - 7:30 or so. We are used to him going until 6 or 6:30, but 7:30 was great! Our doctor also changed his reflux medicine because zantac wasn't working too well for him, but this new medicine is helping him a lot! That is such an answer to prayer for us. It was hard to see him spitting up so much and hurting when he was eating. Because he is feeling better now, he is actually eating less (he isn't losing as much from the spitting up, etc now).
We've been so busy recently! With work and traveling....
We were away for the past 4 days on a staff retreat and had a great time. Elijah did awesome during all the sessions - letting me stay in them with him and listen/pay attention. We got back today and began the Week of Celebration at church - for 4 days, our church is doing massive baptism services - over 700 people are getting baptized during that time. Itis just an amazing thing - and Steve and Justin, my brother-in-law, are having the privilege of being apart of the service baptizing people during this week (more pictures to come!) So, tonight was the first night of the Celebration and it was awesome. Watching my husband up there baptizing people and just thinking about how he is able to have that opportunity during such a memorable moment in people's lives just brought tears to my eyes. Here's a picture of Steve before the service began.
On our retreat one of the groups talked about how each person has an impact on people and how we as Christians have a "domino effect" or "chain reaction" in people's lives. Even just the little things that we do - a smile, or saying something simple - can impact people and you never know the influence what you do will have on someone. It really touched me and made me think about what kind of influene I, personally, have on people. I want to always strive to have a positive, Christ-like influence on those I come in contact with (both in and out of the church). So the team gave us each a domino to keep to remember this - it was so powerful. What a great reminder for me!

Wow, that picture is amazing...just thinking about the need to have so many different people baptizing at the same time...what a testimony of God's grace!
