Growth spurt?

So, we measured E's height yesterday and he was over 28 inches (still short, I think!), but what happened? Either he grew about an inch in two weeks or they messed up the measurement in the office (which is possible since they take it with him laying on the table while he's moving around). :) He also feels really heavy to me all of a sudden, but I don't know if that's just because it is getting harder and harder to carry him up the many, many stairs to get to our condo! Whatever the case may be, he is growing and changing so much and parenting just gets more fun each and every month.

We love this little guy! Tonight he was kissing us on our faces and then laughing at us really hard. So hard it got us laughing where we couldn't stop (speaking of which you have to watch the laughing baby clip above!). Anyways, E was probably laughing so hard cause we looked really funny to him (give mama a kiss...awwww) hahaha. The funny things we do and say when babies are around.

Oh, and he got another haircut - but this time it is really short. At first I didn't like it too much because I thought it was too short, but it has "grown" on me and now I think it is super cute. Although, he looks like a little boy now, not a baby. I will post a picture later.

Big month in our home this September - a trip to Peru, Steve's bday (29 yrs!!!), my bday (28 yrs) and a family "vacation" for the 3 of us! We don't know what we're doing yet, but we will be off and spending lots of time together! Exciting!!!
